Does This Next-Gen Beauty Product Really Deliver?

Sponsored Post ~ Although I have been compensated and sent product for review, all opinions are my own and were not influenced by my collaboration with P&G Everyday.

You know, as a spunky midlife woman, I must admit that I give myself a serious high-five when I have the opportunity to share a next generation beauty product with my 26 year old daughter. When I hear back from her that she’s tried said product and is hooked like her mama, well my friends, that makes me downright giddy!

Such is the case with Pantene’s Foam Conditioner, a product I thoroughly tested and reviewed, you can read it HERE.

Here’s an update: I’ve been perking up my tresses for the last month with Pantene’s Foam Conditioner and I’m still blown away by the silky look and feel of my hair.

So I decided to do a little experiment. Reluctantly, I stepped away from my hair’s new BFF and went back to a traditional thick, cream conditioner and the results were surprising.

Back To Traditional Conditioners

The first thing I notice while applying a cream conditioner to my freshly shampooed hair was how heavy it felt. Perhaps I’d grown a little too accustomed to a light-weight alternative.

After blow drying my hair, I noticed the shine and bounciness I’d been enjoying with Pantene’s Foam Conditioner had officially left the station. My strands now struggled to hold the style my brush, hair dryer and I had worked so hard to achieve.

Back to Pantene Foam Conditioner

Nice experiment, but I’m going back to Pantene for the styling, shiny and hydrating results that come from this beauty secret in a can. #YEA

Volumizing Styling Tip

Here’s a quick and easy trick to turning up the VOLUME on your hair.

Shampoo just your roots and apply conditioner starting about an inch or two down from your roots. The shampoo and gentle washing motions will stimulate roots (good morning sunshine) without dehydrating the rest of your hair.

Applying conditioner below the roots will give you more lift while styling and might even buy you an additional day in between washings.

Recommend or Pass

I’m going to have to stick with my initial review of Pantene’s Foam Conditioner and give it a double thumbs up. If you haven’t yet tried it, with a modest price tag of under $6.00, you too can give yourself high-fives for being a hip, in-the-know beauty enthusiast with lustrous hair!
