Why You’ll Be Seeing Purple Everywhere
It’s fair to say that fashion designers across the globe take note when the Pantone Color Institute releases it’s annual color of the year.
I’m giving the 2018 Pantone Color of the Year a rousing standing O, as purple has always been my favorite color on the planet. Their choice, is a dramatic and provocative shade of purple, affectionately named PANTONE 18-3838 Ultra Violet.
Purple has been associated with royalty for centuries, prompting Queen Elizabeth I to allow only members of the royal family to wear this regal color.
Not only can all Brits now embrace Ultra Violet without offending the Crown, we can expect to see a sea of this vibrant color in everything from fashion to accessories and beauty.
