Over 50 Styling Tips

You’ve probably spent your fair share of time standing in the closet trying to pull together a show stopping outfit. We’ve all been there.

While we wait not so patiently for a magic fashion wand, there are a few styling secrets that can help you easily create your very own signature look.

Often, the key ingredient in putting together a conversation starting outfit is all in the details, darlings.

I was instantly smitten with the tie sleeves on this classic black and white sweater by Halogen.

When I’m looking for new fashion pieces, whether accessories or clothing, I’m always drawn to items that have unexpected detailing. Slits, beading, gorgeous sleeves, bows, trimmed pockets, these are a few of my favorite things.

Take for instance the luminous ivory satin fabric with pearly beads dotting the lavishly flared split sleeves on this lovely blouse by Alice + Oliva. Gorgeous, right?
